So I've been doing this just over a week now and it feels like a lot longer. Level 2 again today. Just as hard as the last time. Jillian needs to hold her stretches longer at the end and do a longer cool-down for killing us.
I tried to convince Greg to do this experiment with me but he said no thank you... I think this workout would be great for/kill anyone.
