Eye update

Had some inquiries about the eye so I thought I'd post a new picture of the healing process. I have to go back in May for a steroid shot (helps the scar heal quicker and makes it flatter) then the surgeon is going to cut and re-stitch part of it so I'll post a newer hopefully better looking picture of the eye after summer. Until then we'll call it "Shabby Chic" and it's a great excuse not to wear any make-up. Very liberating :) If anyone ever needs the number of a great plastic surgeon just let me know, he's fantastic.

Heather - you have always looked so beautiful with or without eye make-up. I still don't know how to put eye make-up on the right way, anyway. And, cute shirt!

You look amazing! Seriously you make me sick! I look like a zombie from night of the living dead without make up, and you look fresh, young and gorgeous...spit on you!!

UGH!!! That doesn't look fun! I on the upside...you look the EXACT same as you did in high school!!!

I can't wait to see the final product. I hope you put up side-by-sides so we can judge the difference for ourselves.

I'm glad that your eye is healing up! It looks WAY better! It would be stinky coming out of this looking like Scar off the lion king!

Thanks for the boost girls!! :) Love you all! And Cara, you do NOT look like a zombie without makeup!

Good Idea about the side by sides Ali.

Hey! Erika and I were reading this post and she wanted me to say that even with all this hospital brain surgery seizure stuff... the thought of someone sticking a needle or a knife close to her eye just gives her the major heebie-jeevies.

Erika also said you look very cute and thanks for all of your wonderful help.

It looks great! I concur with the other comments that you don't need makeup anyway...I would be interested in the plastic surgeon if he specializes in the "mom" areas! hee hee

Thanks Erika! :) It IS very weird having a needle coming at your eyeball (though I know it doesn't even compare to having your head stapled back together!) I keep my gaze up so that I can't see what's coming!

Lisa, he does do Mom areas! We send around a sign-up and maybe he could do a group discount. hahahaha ;)
