Day 11 - re-do

Level 2 again today. Sheesh. Still very very difficult. Getting some man muscle biceps. lol. Still sore everywhere. Need to be better at counting calories maybe. How annoying that is. I didn't use to have to do that. Exercise used to work by itself. You'd think I was in my mid-thirties or somethin.'

Still down 2 lbs.

You have significantly more willpower then me, Beasty! Keep going and don't get down on yourself for what you can't do yet. Just think of all you've accomplished and how you 'stick with it' attitude is going to rub off on your children. You are amazing!!

also Laura, you have 2 extra kids and they are twins so that makes you at least twice as tired as me so YOU are amazing!

Ok Heather- I picked up my DVD yesterday and just finished day 1. I am pretty sure Jillian is trying to kill us. I ran 3 miles while Madsen was at his cross country practice this morning and then did Jillian's work out. I hope I can walk tomorrow! Here's to killing myself to make me stronger! Now I am going to go take some measurements so I can see the results down the road!
