Well we got the plants in the dirt today! I let Parker play with the hose a bit and he accidentally sprayed himself in the face so he went in the garage and dug out his goggles so that he wouldn't get water in his eyes in case that happened again. Then he had to test out the goggles :) We love our inquisitive, hilarious Parker!

You're very posty this week. Love the hose in the eye shot. My sister got me a slip-n-slide for Easter and I plan to use it very soon now that the weather is all slip-n-slidy. Are there water restrictions on hosing for fun? Just kidding.
I hope the goggles proved reliable in the test ... and, I'm excited for your garden too! I go and check on our garden every morning when I get up. It's silly and I'm slightly embarrassed, but I have maternal feelings for my little plants coming up and growing. Your soil looks a lot better than our eastern NC red clay and sand.
Alice! I do the same! heheheh - I love my little growing plant babies. I cheated and went and bought a bunch of garden soil. We had alot of clay too. What are you growing?
Ali - I am posty this week aren't I? ;) I rationalized the fun water because really he was supposed to be filling up my watering cans to water the plants and I turned it off after that. I'll have to get a rain barrel...do you have one? When can I come slip and slide with you? Man those are fun. What would your neighbors think to grown women woopin' it up?!
