We have been trying to eat better for a while now, but we seem to revert back to past behaviors pretty easily. The chick on Oprah yesterday made me think a lot too. I've found the only way we can get all of our omega 3's in is by taking purified cod liver oil. It is molecularly distilled (Carlson's or Nordic Naturals) and doesn't taste fishy at all.
