I checked the clock about every 25 minutes during the day and then I hugged him so much when he got home he asked me to stop. I can't wait for track-out!! We'll have to get them together then to play.Catiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03431386401402469929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7144349401326648617.post-41569440086527354872009-07-09T21:40:23.222-07:002009-07-09T21:40:23.222-07:00That's awesome! I couldn't believe it, my baby was in kindergarden. Now he will be in 1st grade! He's dying to ride the bus that stops in front of our house everyday. I'm a little nervous about that, so I too will probably follow behind to school, just to make sure all is well! He will be in school all day and it will be a little weird not having him here. Thou the 3 hrs he was in school this last year there was some peace and quiet! Enjoy your quiet time!Candiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02725106728569845372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7144349401326648617.post-89139138642253950702009-07-09T18:49:29.975-07:002009-07-09T18:49:29.975-07:00I just teared up reading this. Why can't they still have 1/2 day kindergarden?KQhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12441990310055486172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7144349401326648617.post-668485830039255872009-07-09T16:08:01.588-07:002009-07-09T16:08:01.588-07:00Wow...time flies! Great idea to let him ride the bus and meet him at school!

I got a little teary dropping off Aydan a few years back, and pretty worried too. But, she is just doing great.

BTW - the school counselor says the first few weeks of school they are behaving so well and trying so hard at school that some of their manners and patience will likely slip at home. good luck with that! :)Richhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06231117796879579545noreply@blogger.com
